Subscription terms.

Choose only what you need.

VEXUM Free includes everyday tasks, reminders, calendar, basic manual money tools and Social. The initial Free allowance is 10 active goals; completed and archived goals do not use that allowance. Paused goals still count. Available paid plans and their current limits are shown in the app before purchase.

Some purchase features may be awaiting activation or unavailable in your region. A displayed plan is not a completed purchase. Access changes only after VEXUM verifies the subscription.

Price and payment.

The purchase screen shows the total price, currency and monthly or yearly billing period for your storefront. Apple handles purchases made through the iPhone app; Stripe handles supported desktop purchases. Review the provider's confirmation screen before authorizing a payment. Taxes and any applicable provider terms are shown by the payment provider.

There is no free trial unless a specific offer and its conditions are explicitly shown before purchase. A yearly subscription is billed as one yearly charge, rather than twelve monthly payments.

Automatic renewal and cancellation.

Subscriptions renew automatically for the chosen billing period until cancelled. Use Settings → Subscription → Manage subscription to reach the correct provider. For Apple purchases, you can also use your Apple Account's subscription settings. Follow the cancellation deadline shown by that provider; Apple advises cancelling at least 24 hours before the current period ends.

Cancelling normally retains access until the end of the paid period. Uninstalling VEXUM or signing out does not cancel a subscription. Payment failures, refunds, revocations and expiry can change paid access.

Your account and saved work.

A subscription is linked to the VEXUM account used when buying it. Sign into that same account on your other devices. Apple purchases can be checked using Restore purchases in the iPhone app. A purchase is not automatically transferable to a different VEXUM account.

If your plan ends or a limit changes, VEXUM keeps your existing records available to view, edit, complete, archive, delete and export. A limit may stop you from adding or reactivating more active goals. It does not silently delete your goals.

Refunds, help and changes.

For Apple purchases, use Apple's purchase-support and refund process. For a desktop billing problem or a VEXUM account-linking issue, email support@vexum.app. Include the account email and a description, but never send a password, verification code or full card details. Applicable consumer rights continue to apply.

Future plan, price or renewal changes will be communicated as required by the purchase provider and applicable requirements. Review the current offer in the app when changing plans.

Apple and privacy.

Apple-distributed copies of VEXUM are also subject to Apple's standard software license agreement. Read the VEXUM privacy notice for how account and subscription information is handled.
